Williamsburg, NY – Man Struck and Killed in Fatal Motorcycle AccidentWilliamsburg, NY (October 8, 2018) – Around 1:24 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, October 6, a man riding his motorcycle was struck and killed in a fatal motorcycle accident in Williamsburg. Police responded to the accident along Broadway and Union Street.

Officers said that the motorcyclist was identified as 39-year-old Angel Perez, who received severe trauma to his head and torso. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead while there.

An investigation showed that, at the time, Perez had been traveling west on Broadway when he collided with the passenger side of a vehicle turning left onto Union Street.

The driver stayed at the scene to talk with police.
